1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all business transactions between Begs International (“the Company,” “we,” “our”) and its clients (“Buyer,” “you”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Orders & Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed in writing (via official purchase order, email, or signed contract).

• Begs International reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion.

3. Payment Terms

To ensure transparency and security in transactions, Begs International follows the below Payment Terms Policy:

1. 50% Advance + LC (Letter of Credit)

   • 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.

   • 50% balance payment via an irrevocable Letter of Credit in favor of Begs International.

2. 50% Advance + BL (Bill of Lading Copy)

   • 50% advance payment at the time of order confirmation.

   • 50% balance payment against a copy of the Bill of Lading (BL).

• All banking charges, LC opening fees, or transfer costs are borne by the Buyer.

• Late or incomplete payments may delay shipment or lead to cancellation of the order.

4. Shipment & Delivery

• Delivery schedules are estimates and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the Buyer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier/shipping line.

5. Governing Law
